The combined value of these orders is approximately ₹21.18 Crores.
The company formally intimated the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) about these awards, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The details of the work orders are as follows:
- Road & Infra Building Works: Valued at approximately ₹12.77 Crores.
- OSBL RCC Drain Works: Valued at approximately ₹8.41 Crores.
According to the regulatory filing, both projects are slated for execution within a swift timeframe of three months. The orders were awarded by a domestic entity and do not constitute a Related Party Transaction, confirming an arm’s length agreement.
This development underscores AVP Infracon’s robust capability to secure high-value contracts from major industrial clients. The association with a Reliance group entity for the development of a multi-modal logistics park in Mappedu is a strong testament to the company’s technical expertise and execution reliability in the infrastructure domain.
